Mustapha Bouzid was born in Algeria, in North Africa, and from a very young age he understood that selling is not a trade… it’s an art. With more than 45 years of experience, his life has been a passionate journey through the world of timeshare, human communication, and personal transformation.
In the 1980s, when Acapulco was the epicenter of international tourism, Mustapha became part of the booming vacation club industry, establishing himself as one of the pioneers of the timeshare sales system in Latin America. From those early days, he knew that selling a product wasn’t enough you had to sell an emotion, a dream, an experience.
His vision took him to Cancún, where he helped open the emerging market of the Mexican Caribbean and developed the foundation for many modern methods in the industry. He authored sales manuals in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and his training programs gave rise to some of the most successful teams in the region, revolutionizing the way sales were closed. His career led him to open markets in Freeport (Bahamas) and expand throughout South America (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru), where he established offices and training centers, adapting his strategies to different languages and cultures. Each country became a new stage where he built teams, trained leaders, and achieved extraordinary results.
Throughout his career, he has been a salesperson, manager, closer, sales director, vice president, and CEO. But above all, he has been a tireless mentor, dedicated to teaching that sales are won first in the customer’s heart. His method a fusion of logic, emotion, and the psychology of closing has inspired thousands of professionals to reach levels of performance they never imagined.
More than one billion dollars in sales support his legacy. However, his true success is not measured in numbers, but in the transformation of the people he has touched through his teaching. He has proven that success doesn’t depend on the product, but on the energy, conviction, and passion with which it is delivered.
